In 2017, Professor Wang carried out the engineering application of absorbing materials in the Liaoning Branch of State Grid, and the effect was remarkable.

In 2018, the absorbing material passed the assessment of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, and this material became a stealth candidate material.

In 2020, Professor Wang has overcome the world problem of the difficulty of dispersing nano-silicon carbide in the ceramic matrix.

In December 2020, the Military-civilian Integration Office of the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region organized a bidding meeting for the landing of Harbin Institute of Technology's nano-silicon carbide industrialization projects for various alliance cities.

In 2021, according to the resolution of the Standing Committee of the Harbin Institute of Technology Party Committee, Harbin Institute of Technology's silicon carbide-related powder technology will be transferred to Haite.

In January 2021, the Hohhot Development and Reform Commission, Saihan District Committee, and the district government actively strive for the silicon carbide project of Harbin Institute of Technology.
